Arthur L. Potts

Arthur L. Potts of Seekonk, MA passed away on December 23, 2020.  Originally from Rehoboth, MA; he previously resided in Tampa, Florida and Beattyville, Kentucky.
He was employed as a truck and school bus driver, construction mason worker and served as a volunteer fireman in Rehoboth, MA and Beattyville, Kentucky before retiring.
Arthur loved telling jokes, playing dominos, cards, puzzles, bowling and watching television.
He is survived by his sister: Florence M. Whelan of Seekonk, MA and two nephews and their families: Frederick F. Whelan, Jr. of Seekonk, MA and John W. Whelan of Fitzwilliam, New Hampshire.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 984 Taunton Avenue, Seekonk, MA in honor of Arthur and his late sister, Florence M. Whelan who passed on February 19, 2021.  Burial will be private in Seekonk Cemetery, Seekonk.
In lieu of flowers and in memory of Arthur, memorial donations may be made to the Seekonk Animal Shelter, 100 Peck Street, Seekonk, MA 02771.
