Arline Patricia (Roberts) Kronheim

Arline Patricia (Roberts) Kronheim, 82, of North Attleboro, MA, passed away peacefully on July 27, 2022, at HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center in Providence, Rhode Island where she had been for the past day.  She was the wife of the late Kenneth Joseph Kronheim Sr. whom she married on October 9, 1955, and who died on December 4, 2002.
Born in the Bronx borough of New York City on October 3, 1939, she was a daughter of the late Lawrence Roberts Sr., and the late Selma (Mann) Roberts.  She was raised and educated in New York where she resided prior to moving to Massachusetts and settling in North Attleboro where she lived for 24 years prior to retiring to Port Charlotte, Florida where she remained for 8 years when she returned to Massachusetts 20 years ago.
A very social person, her professional career also surrounded herself with people.  Always in customer service, she was employed by Whiting and Davis many years ago, was a newspaper customer service clerk in Florida and lastly was a salesclerk at the Pfaltzgraff store in the Wrentham Outlets for 5 years before her retirement.
A longtime active member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Attleboro, she served as church secretary and was a volunteer vacation Bible school and Sunday school teacher. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting and as an avid reader loved visiting Richards Library in North Attleboro.
Arline was the beloved mother of Kathleen P. Desilets and her husband, Richard A. Desilets Sr., with whom she resided in North Attleboro, MA; Kenneth J. Kronheim Jr., husband of the late Russell M. Emery Jr. who died in June 2022, of Warwick, Rhode Island; and Karl E. Kronheim of Campbell, Ohio; cherished grandmother of Richard A. Desilets Jr. and his wife, Kerri, of North Attleboro, MA; Jessica DePerry and her husband, Joseph, of Attleboro, MA; and Wyatt Kronheim and Wilhelm Kronheim both of Miami, Florida.  She was the great grandmother of Richard A. Desilets III, Ethan Desilets, Aubrey Desilets, and Jacob DePerry, and was the sister of Margaret Roberts of North Port Charlotte, Florida, and Lawrence Roberts Jr. in Georgia. She also leaves nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
Family and friends are cordially invited to attend Visitation on Thursday, August 4, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA.  The Funeral and Celebration of Life Service will immediately follow at 7:00 p.m. in the "Memorial Chapel".
In lieu of flowers, Arline's family respectfully requests memorial donations in her memory be St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
