Ann-Marie (Burke) Young

Ann-Marie Bonnie (Burke) Young, 67, of Seekonk, MA passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 13, 2023.
Born in Providence, Rhode Island on September 21, 1955, she was a daughter of Ann Colaluca of Seekonk, MA and the late John Burke, Sr. of Bristol, RI.
Raised and educated in Rhode Island, Ms. Young was the longtime employee of the family business - Ann Marie's Candies.
She was a communicant of Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Roman Catholic Church in Seekonk, MA.
Her favorite pastime was spending time with her beloved grandchildren.
In addition to her mother, she leaves her children: Jason J. Young and his wife, Merchi, of Germantown, Maryland; Joshua L. Young and his spouse, Tammy, of Chepachet, Rhode Island; Dominic L. Young of West Warren. MA; Peter J. Tamer of Attleboro, MA and Jillian A. Tamer of Seekonk, MA; 9 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; her siblings: Robi Medeiros and her husband. Matthew, of Seekonk, MA and John Burke, Jr., husband of the late Linda Burke, of Seekonk, MA; and several extended family members and dear friends.
Family and friends are cordially invited to attend a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, June 22, 2023, at 8:30 a.m. at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Roman Catholic Church, Seekonk, MA.
Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital, 51 Blossom Street, Boston, MA 02114.
