Andrew Michael Carroll

Andrew Michael Carroll, 45, of Franklin, MA, passed away at his home on Monday, August 14, 2017. He was the beloved husband of Zamira Y. (Santiago) Carroll.Born on April 19, 1972 in Norwood, MA, he was the son of the late Charles C. Carroll and Marion Ellen (Carriere) Connolly of North Attleboro, MA.Educated in the North Attleboro school system, he attended New England Technical Institute and worked for many years in the Construction business.A resident of Franklin for the past eleven years, he previously lived in East Falmouth, MA.He loved fishing, camping, especially in the White Mountains, collecting lanterns, playing board games with his daughter, going to the movies, and trips to the Cape Cod Canal. He loved building things and was a skilled woodworker. Above all, Andrew loved spending time with his family, friends, and "Frankie", his cat.He is survived by his mother, Marion Ellen (Carriere) Connolly and her husband, John Patrick Connolly, and his cherished daughter, Destiny Maria Carroll of North Attleboro, MA. He is survived by his sister, Jane I. Sawyer and her husband, Andrew Sawyer, and their children, Daniel Patrick Ryan and Frederick James Ryan, all of Chanhassen, MN; and his brother, Matthew C. Carroll and his wife, Mary T. (McGuire) Carroll and their children, Jessica Ann Carroll and Matthew Charles Carroll, all of Falmouth, MA. He leaves several aunts and uncles; cousins; his extended family; his late father's companion, Gail Cronin of Walpole, MA; and many dear friends.Family and friends are invited to honor and remember Andrew by gathering for a Visitation on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. in the "Commonwealth Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA.
