Amrutlal Manilal Patel

Amrutlal Manilal Patel, 78, of Mansfield, MA, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 3, 2022, surrounded by his family at the home of his son. He was the beloved husband of Manguben Amrutlal Patel.
Born in Gujarat, India, on March 26, 1944, he was the son of the late Manilal Patel and the late Paliben Patel.
Raised and educated in India, Amrutlal was self-employed as a farmer in India for many years prior to moving to the United States in 2000. Once in the United States, he worked for several years in a convenience store before retiring.
A man of great faith and devotion to his family, he was an avid sports fan who especially enjoyed watching cricket; an active member of his community; a man who loved to host events - always with an abundance of food; and someone who truly cherished being with his family.
In addition to his wife, Manguben, he leaves his loving children: Ashokkumar A. Patel of Norton, MA; Mukeshbhai A. Patel of Holliston, MA; Dineshbhai A. Patel of Mansfield, MA; and Ashwinbhai A. Patel of Lakeville, MA. He was the proud and adoring grandfather of eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; and leaves his dear brother, Natvarlal M. Patel of Bridgewater, MA, as well as his extended family and many dear friends.
Family and friends are cordially invited to attend a Hindu Cremation and Ritual Service on Monday, June 6, 2022, from 8:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA, followed by a Traditional Final Prayer Service at 11:00 a.m. at Woodlawn North Purchase Crematory, Attleboro, MA.
