Albert "Toots" Gerard Langlois, 77, of North Attleboro, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, MA. He was the beloved husband of Elaine Rose (Burda) Langlois, to whom he was wed on October 14, 1961.Born on August 4, 1939 in Pawtucket, RI, he was the son of the late Alvares Langlois and the late Germaine (Parent) Langlois.He honorably served our country as a member of the National Guard, and was a proud Union Steel Worker for more than twenty-five years, working at the Mossberg-Hubbard Company in Cumberland, RI.A resident of North Attleboro since 1968, he previously lived in Pawtucket, RI. He was a longtime member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in North Attleboro.A man devoted to his wife and family, Al was a sports fan who enjoyed NASCAR, cooking, woodworking and fishing. He will be sadly missed by his loyal canine companion, "Cuddles". In addition to his wife, Elaine, he is survived by his cherished children: Lorraine M. (Langlois) Foeri of Seekonk, MA; and Allen R. Langlois, Sr. and his wife Fran Langlois, of Seekonk, MA. He was the adoring grandfather of Allen R. Langlois, Jr. and Ryan Albert Langlois, and leaves his treasured great-grandchildren: Kaidyn and Alexiya; his sister-in-law, Lucille Langlois; his nephew, Gerard Langlois; and his niece, Pauline Aubin.
