Aimee L. (Coulombe) Chadbourne, 47, of K-Marie Drive, Attleboro, died unexpectedly on Friday, December 23, 2011 in Attleboro. She was the wife of Leonard Merle Chadbourne to whom she was married on September 4, 1993. Born in Boston, Massachusetts on January 10, 1964, she was a daughter of Roger Jean-Louis and Patricia G. (Fitzpatrick) Coulombe of North Easton. Raised and educated in Stoughton, Mrs. Chadbourne was a 1982 graduate of Stoughton High School. A resident of Attleboro for almost 8 years, Mrs. Chadbourne previously resided in New York and Connecticut. She received her associate degree in nursing from Massasoit Community College in Brockton in 1984 and her bachelors degree in nursing from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 1992. Mrs. Chadbourne was previously employed as a registered nurse for Pediatric Associates at Northwoods in Taunton. While residing in Virginia, she was employed as the Director of Nursing for the War Memorial Hospital in Winchester. She was a faithful communicant of St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, Norton. A woman with great musical talents, she enjoyed playing the piano and will be lovingly remembered for her beautiful voice. In high school, Mrs. Chadbourne was an award winning member of the jazz band. In addition to her husband of 18 years and her parents, she leaves a son: Matthew Paul Chadbourne at home in Attleboro; two sisters: Leona M. Coulombe of Alexandria, Virginia and Anne L. Coulombe of Franklin, New Jersey; a brother: Paul G. Coulombe of San Francisco, California; her husbands parents: Arthur and Geraldine (McKay) Chadbourne of Gardiner, Maine and several nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend visitation on Thursday, December 29, 2011 from 4:00 8:00 PM in the Commonwealth Chapel of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home the national historic Colonel Obed Robinson Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue (exit 5 off I-95 N or S, go right at end of ramp, mile on the left) Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend a concelebrated Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, December 30, 2011 at 10:00 AM at St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, One Power Street at Route 123, Norton. There will be no funeral cortege from the funeral home prior to the commencement of church services. Burial will follow in St. Marys Cemetery, Mansfield. Following cemetery services an invitation will be extended to join the family for a time of continued fellowship and refreshments at St. Marys Church, Norton.
