Betsey Lynn Gariepy, 59, of North Attleboro, MA, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, November 13, 2020.
Born on March 17, 1961 in Attleboro, MA, she was the beloved daughter of Marcia C. (Capron) Samma of North Attleboro and the late Joseph Francis Gariepy.
A resident of North Attleboro for the past twenty-three years, she previously lived in Attleboro where she had attended Attleboro High School.
Betsey had a heart of gold. She cherished her family and spending time with them and held a special place in her heart for animals of every kind, especially her devoted dogs, "Barney" and "Sadie".
In addition to her mother, she leaves her loving children: Christine, Kurt and Devin; and her former companion and best friend: Pedro J. Aponte of Pawtucket, RI. She was the dear sister of Susan J. Gariepy of North Attleboro; Steven J. Gariepy of Attleboro Falls, and Peter S. Gariepy of North Attleboro. She leaves her step-son Samuel A. Resto and his wife, Amie L. Resto, and their children: Samuel E. Resto, Aiven M. Resto, and Avery R. Resto, all of North Attleboro. Betsey leaves several nieces and nephews, her extended family, and many dear friends.
All services for Betsey will be privately held.
